| Responsibilities | The Organization has a requirement for an organizational consultant. The work would ideally be on location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the assignment would be for 30 to 60 days. The Organizational Consultant would be responsible for advising senior management on issues associated with realigning or re-balancing the organization. The structure of the organization is generally in place but certain resources may need to be redeployed internally to better align with upcoming strategy plan. |
| Requirements | The ideal candidate would have experience in the marine industry with a low-key engagement style. Experience in human resources management and familiarity with the challenges that accompany a reorganization and personnel redeployment preferred. |
