Halady has a financial services, trade development and export background, working in diverse regions including India, West Africa and the former Soviet Union. Prior to joining Navigate, Halady worked with New Century Holdings and Tolaram Investments in Kiev, Ukraine and with Churchgate Ltd., an export oriented industrial conglomerate in Lagos, Nigeria. Halady received an international M.B.A. from Thunderbird — The Garvin School of International Management.
