His contributions include producing $2.8 million in annual profits, winning over $12 billion in new business and managing, training and motivating over 350 professionals. He is an experienced presenter on subjects including alliances, branding, change management, coaching, communications, leadership, marketing, operations, partnerships, performance, presentations, project, protection, reorganization, strategy and winning.
Hugh holds an M.B.A. in International Management degree from Thunderbird — The Garvin School of International Management and a B.A. in Economics with Honors from San Diego State University. Hugh is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society. He is actively involved with the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE), the Internet Chamber of Commerce and the Third Party Marketers Association and has both Series 3 and 7 certifications with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Hugh has worked, lived and traveled extensively outside the U.S. and he speaks English, French and Spanish.
