Associate: Supriya Chabria
Supriya is an Associate at Navigate International. Prior to joining Navigate, Supriya worked as a software development Team Leader with a Japanese Multinational Corporation and was responsible for implementing paperless offices. She coordinated between and provided strategic support to the business development and marketing groups and also conducted post implementation training sessions with clients.
Supriya is currently pursuing her M.B.A in International Management at Thunderbird — The Garvin School of International Management. Supriya has worked on a business Intelligence project where she conducted a competitive analysis of labor environments in China, India, Russia, the Philippines and Malaysia and developed a methodology to rank key centers of excellence for talent. Her other projects include developing a market entry strategy for an auto parts company to enter the Chinese market.
Supriya holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Delhi University (India) and a Diploma in Business Administration from Wigan and Leigh (U.K.). Supriya is a native speaker of Hindi, speaks fluent English and is conversant in Sindhi.
